HBO e Netflix lideram os indicados ao Emmy Awards 2021; confira a lista
A mais nova plataforma de streaming no Brasil tem a vantagem de uma estatueta a mais que a Netflix.
A Academia de Artes e Ciências Televisivas anunciou, nesta terça-feira (13), os indicados à 73ª edição do Emmy Awards. A disputa do páreo está entre a Netflix com 129 indicados, com destaque The Crown em Melhor Série de Drama, para Cobra Kai em Melhor Série de Comédia, que deve estrar a 4ª temporada no fim deste ano de 2021, e o icônico Michael Douglas (Método Kominsky) como Melhor Ator em Série de Comédia.
Mas a HBO Max, segue na frente com 130 indicados, com destaque para Kaley Cuco como Melhor Atriz em Comédia, em The Flight Attendant. A série também disputa na categoria de Melhor Comédia.
Na categoria de Melhor Atriz em Minissérie, a disputa é acirrada entre a atriz Kate Winslet (Mare of Easttown) e Elizabeth Olsen (WandaVision). Ao todo a Disney concorre a 71 nomeações ao Emmy Awards.
A entrega das estatuetas do Emmy Awards 2021 acontece em 19 de setembro deste ano, no Microsoft Theater, em Los Angeles, com transmissão ao vivo da TNT. A premiação terá um público limitado presente na noite de gala, formado por alguns indicados e seus acompanhantes. Cedric the Entertainer ator da sitcom “The Neighborhood”, será o apresentador.
